4. “TERMS” REGARDING THE “TRAINING COURSES” (ACADEMY):

4.1 Behaviour

The Academy provides a creative, professional, and respectful environment where everyone can collaborate and grow. We believe mutual respect and freedom of expression are the foundation of personal, professional, and artistic development.

Discrimination or bullying of any kind, whether related to nationality, skin colour, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal characteristic, will not be tolerated at any time. This applies before, during, and after classes, and extends to all students, instructors, and visitors.

VeraGrand reserves the right to terminate the cooperation with any person, student, artist or instructor, responsible for inappropriate and disrespectful behaviour. In these cases, no fees already paid will be refunded.

By working with VeraGrand, enrolling in a course at the Academy, or engaging with any of the Platform’s services (Studio, Music Label, Publishing), you agree to follow our “Terms”.

4.2 What happens if you miss a session

4.2.1 For the Professional Diplomas:

VeraGrand Academy provides a full schedule of all sessions, workshops, and classes, including dates and times, at the beginning of your Pro Diploma course. We are committed to maintaining professionally and the highest quality of education, supporting every artist’s progress. Thus, if you miss a session, we ask you to note the following:

  • For all sessions (group and private), always inform the Academy's Artistic Director (not just your instructor) at least 48 hours in advance.

  • It is your responsibility to request the content of missed sessions directly from your instructor.

  • Missed group sessions cannot and will not be rescheduled or repeated. However, online group sessions are recorded, thus you will have access to the recording in case the session you missed was held online.

  • Missed private (one-to-one) sessions may only be rescheduled if VeraGrand Academy is informed at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited. The 48-hour notice period is crucial for our instructors, many of whom adjust their schedules to meet the Academy’s programme needs.

  • Students should not miss more than 15% of the total sessions per semester. If absences become frequent, the Academy reserves the right to end cooperation with the student.

  • Students are expected to arrive on time. Regular lateness disrupts group learning and affects the quality of private instruction. Repeated lateness may result in being asked to withdraw from the course.

  • Note that by starting a Professional Diploma course at VeraGrand Academy, you confirm your acceptance of these “Terms”.

4.2.2 For the Fast-Track cycles:

Fast-Track courses are consisted of group sessions held online. VeraGrand Academy provides a full schedule of all sessions, including dates and times, prior to the beginning of each Fast-Track course. If you miss a session you will have access to the recording. However, the session will not be rescheduled for any reason. Note that by starting a course at VeraGrand Academy, you confirm your acceptance of these “Terms”.

4.3 Payments and Re-funds

4.3.1 For the Professional Diplomas:

Pro Diploma courses at VeraGrand Academy are offered as packages, which may include scheduled lessons, workshops, training hours, and additional services such as guest instructors, recording sessions, or final project documentation. These packages have a pre-agreed price (referred to as fees per annum), payable in euros, and can be paid either in full or in monthly instalments.

Monthly installments are payments due at the start of each month, regardless of the number of sessions in that month. The last (12th) month of a yearly-long program is paid upfront in the form of a ‘registration fee’ to secure their spot in the programme, and works as a warrantee by the participant that they will complete the programme. In case they fulfil the programme, they will not pay the fees of the last month, as the ‘registration fee’ already paid will be considered as the last month’s fee. In case they do not fulfil the programme, the ‘registration fee’ paid in the beginning will not be refunded. Also, any pre-payment made in order to secure your spot at a Professional Diploma course (registration fee) is not refundable.

To ensure smooth operations and maintain the highest standards of teaching, all payments must be made on time. This allows the Academy to cover instructor fees, guest lecturers, venue costs (for physical spaces or online subscriptions), educational resources, promotional expenses, and more. The Academy follows a strict payment policy and reserves the right to end cooperation with anyone who does not meet their payment obligations, as late or missing payments affect the quality of services for everyone.

4.3.2 For the Fast Track cycles:

Fast-Track courses at VeraGrand Academy are offered as a one-time payment packages, where students pay to secure their spot to the ‘Basic 101’ online training series, which serves as the knowledge base for each specific topic. Any prepayments for the Fast Track programme are fully refundable within 14 days from the date/time of payment processed. In such a case, the access to the Fast-Track course, materials, and session recordings are revoked. After 14 days pass, there will be no refund.

4.4 Online & Physical Sessions
